The Round Six Experience: The 2019 Grand National Roadster Show
After a very successful SEMA show, the Round Six team decides to attend the 2019 Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona, California. What starts out as a simple plan gets sent into hyperspace when they decide to turn the knob up to 11. In a two and a half week period, they design and assemble an incredible display that serves as their podcast command post for what becomes an extremely successful show.
Being Judgemental With Chip Foose
The Round Six crew makes the most of a great opportunity when they are granted All Access passes to SEMA, which leads to them being a part of a very special event. Every year, Chip Foose judges the BASF Glasurit Best Paint Award at SEMA. This year, his agent, Carson Lev asked Round Six to video the event for Chip’s YouTube channel. Tag along as the Round Six team recollects the events of the night as Chip rolls through the empty SEMA show floor and gives all a Master Class in automotive styling in the process.
Stories n’ Steel: Chip and the GTI
We Gearheads love a good story, and our guests bring them in spades! Industry icon Chip Foose sat with us on episode twenty, and one of the great stories he shared was of some late-night (and mid-day) time trials in his Volkswagen GTI along San Marcos Pass. Hearing it is one thing, but seeing him tell it is better. You can do that here.
Taking Back Someday, a Trend at a Time
The Gearheads offer their expanded thoughts and opinions on the topic of the Street Machine of the Year award, as well as the state of the hobby in general. Building from the eighth episode of the podcast, it’s a brief yet insightful look on where we are, and where the whole thing is headed, street machine-wise.
DeLorean Time Machines and Sacrifices
Coming soon to the Round Six Podcast: The Gearheads sit and talk 12-second DeLorean time machines, LS swaps, the benefits of a high-fiber diet, and softball step-dad jokes. Oh, and a documentary on Amazon. That happens, too.
Go Trash: Reinventing the Vegas Card Game
If you’ve ever been to the SEMA show or even just Vegas, you’ve seen these cards passed out at every corner. Someone in our group (who shall remain nameless at the moment) thought of a great card game using those very same cards and we decided to record it. We laughed so hard it’s amazing the neighbors didn’t file a noise complaint. One of the best “stupid” things ever!!
Round Table Post-Game SEMA Show 2017 Day One
The Round Six gearheads take to the round table to discuss and review day one of the 2017 SEMA Show, and talk crowds, Del’s TV drawing debut, and how it all went to the dogs with our good friend Tom Fritz.
SEMA Show 2017 Day One Pregame Round Table
The Round Six Podcast gearheads hit Las Vegas for SEMA Show 2017, and take it upon themselves to have a morning round table (actually “rectangle table”) prior to hitting the road from our way-cool rental digs.
